Pre-Camp Open House

Sunday, June 23rd
3:30PM - 5:00PM
60 Stein Circle, Newton, MA 02459

  • Meet your Counselors

  • Pick up your Welcome Packet

  • Get your Camp T-shirts and water bottle

If you are unable to make it, your camper can pick up these items on their first day of camp.

Once you receive your welcome packet with your bunk name luggage tag, please attach it to your backpack. This will help the counselors direct you to the correct bunk and will let you know where to go for the morning lineup.

Health at Camp

  • No camper will be allowed in camp without a health form.

  • If your child carries an EPI pen, please provide one to be left at camp. You must verbally and in writing detail all their allergies. A camp allergy form must be filled out at the open house or on your child’s first day of camp. Forms will be available at the front desk.

  • Additionally, if your child receives any support or medication for help with behavior management, please let us know. All information will be kept confidential. This will allow us to best serve your child and peers.

The Parent and Camp Relationship

Our relationship with you begins when you speak or meet with Grunie and we learn about your child. We continue to learn about your child through our Parent and Camper Questionnaires. Throughout the summer your child’s Division Head monitors your child’s day to day experience and maintains periodic communication with you. Our Division Heads and Directors are always available to speak with you about any questions or concerns you may have. We keep you informed with daily pictures and reminders as well as a weekly newsletter.

Look for our weekly reminder email on Sundays.
