Registration Policies and Important Dates
- A $200 non refundable deposit will be applied to each registered camper in order to reserve their space. This deposit will be applied to their camp tuition.
- In order to secure the Premium Savings Rate, complete registration and deposit must be received by January 31st, 2025, with full payment due by March 31st, 2025.
- In order to secure the Value Savings Rate, reservations made between February 1st - March 31st, require complete registration and deposit at the time of reservation, with full payment due by March 31st, 2025.
- Subject to availability, reservations made after March 31st, 2025 require complete registration and full payment at the time of reservation.
- All paid camp tuition (excluding non refundable deposit) is refundable and/or transferable up until March 31st, 2025. All such requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
- After March 31st, 2025, weeks dropped are non-refundable.
- Subject to availability, full tuition rates apply to all reservations made after June 6th, 2025.
- There is no credit for unused days.
- There is a discount for each additional sibling registered for one session or more. We also offer a sibling bus discount.
- The rates for Early Drop-Off and Extended Day are not discounted and you can add those to your summer registration at any time before your session starts, space permitting.

All payments are done via check by mail.
