Registration & Refund Policies - Covid Guidelines 

A $150 deposit is required upon registration in order to reserve your space.

 

A non-refundable** deposit fee of $150-applicable to tuition- per camper must accompany a registration. Changes of week are at the discretion of the camp Director based on bunk space.

 Important Dates

The following refund schedule applies to registrations received.

On or before January 1, 2022: Discounted rate applies; weeks may be dropped or changed without fee

On or after January 1, 2022: Standard rate applies; weeks may be dropped or changed without fee

On or after May 1, 2022:  Late rate applies; $50 fee applied per camper for each week dropped

On or after June 1, 2022:  Family is responsible for full payment per weeks enrolled on record as of May 31, 2022.  Weeks dropped after June 1, 2022 are not refundable whatsoever.

July 4, 2022: Camp is closed in honor of Independence Day

**In Case of Covid surges and the requirement by the CDC to close the summer program- all monies will be refunded. 

Special Fee Adjustments

Sibling- A one time deduction of $30 will be given for the second and each additional child in a family attending camp for a minimum of 2 weeks.

Extentions: Once camp begins, weeks may be added at a flat rate of $450/week subject to availability.
