A $150 deposit is required upon registration in order to reserve your space. This will be applied to camp tuition. $125 of deposit is refundable before April 14, 2018. $25 of deposit is cancellation fee and is non-refundable.

In order to secure Early Bird Rates, full payment must be received by Jan. 15, 2018.

In order to secure Standard Rates, full payment must be received by April 14, 2018.

Registrations received after April 14, 2018, full payment must accompany registration.

All paid camp tuition (excluding deposit) is refundable and/or transferable up until April 14, 2018. All such requests must be in writing.

After April 14, 2018, weeks dropped are non-refundable. They may be transferable to another week or applied to sibling(s), based upon availability. A change fee of $25 will apply.

An annual registration fee of $50 is waived for registrations made and paid in full prior to April 14, 2018.

An annual registration fee of $50 will apply for weeks added after April 14, 2018.

An annual registration fee of $50 and a late registration fee of $50 will apply for new registrations after April 14, 2018.
